Registration for 2026-2027
Registration for the 2026-2027 Faith Formation year is now open and will close on August 1, 2026.
Payment is due immediately after submitting your registration form. You may pay online by using the button above or by sending a check to the parish office at 50 Church Street – Collinsville, CT 06019. Thank you!

Faith Formation Fees
Fees are the same for students in General Faith Formation, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation.
2026-2027 FEES
First Child: $100.00
Second Child: $ 85.00
Third Child: $75.00
Four or more children: No Additional Fee. The maximum fee per family is $325.00.
* A late fee of $25 per child will be added after August 1, 2026 (New families are not responsible for late fees)
